FedCheq Client
Originate NACHA batches with or without standard,
CCD or CTX addendas. Create Loan credit records with the ancillary loan account,
route, fee, start and end date attached to a NACHA debit record and have the
ability to build a NACHA file with loan credits only, debit entries only or both
credit and debit entries. Build NACHA output for processing filtered by specific
cycle days or holdbacks and optionally offset batch with corresponding debit or
credit entry according to total based on Settlement account.

FedCheq Manager
All features of the Client plus the ability to
Merge multiple NACHA batches into a single NACHA file with the optional split
out of ONUS transactions. The Manager also provides for a billing system with a
full range of charges per record, per addenda and per batch with minimums for
each so that customers can be billed for ACH processing. The total billing
charges can be optionally added to the batch as a debit entry to the customer
and a credit entry made to the processing income account. When purchasing the
Manager you have the abilty to supply your clients with the Client version free
of charge. They can install the Client from the website and provide you with a
256 bit encrypted file via email for processing.

FedBlock
FedBlock searches names and aliases from the U.S. Treasury OFAC data by combining
the three SDN text files into a single database. It also supports name scanning
of various data files like 1099, NACHA, FedWire or custom database export files. FedBlock
checks all name and bank fields, including the optional correspondent banks in the new IAT
NACHA format. When reading CTX and CCD type addenda data the names found there are also searched.
The automatic database update over the Internet does away with having to handle text file downloads from the Treasury Department and other sources, then running the Import to create a database. Letting the program update just the FedBlock common database saves time and effort.
The file scanner breaks each name into parts and compares all parts to determine a ‘matching percentage’ that can be used as a filter for the display and log file. Double-clicking an OFAC name in the list displays the Details.
The file scanner can handle NACHA files, IRS 1099 eFiles, FedWire files and user defined text files. FedBlock allows you to define the start position and length of the name and account field for each line of your custom text file.
